The SAP Solution Manager Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining the SAP Solution Manager platform to support the full lifecycle of SAP applications. This includes system monitoring, change control, testing, and integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems. The role ensures optimal system performance, compliance, and alignment with business processes.

mplementation & Configuration:

Configure and administer SAP Solution Manager functionalities such as:
ChaRM (Change Request Management)
System Monitoring
Business Process Monitoring (BPM)
Test Management
IT Service Management (ITSM)
Solution Documentation
Set up and manage Solution Manager Work Centers and Remote Supportability 3.
System Management & Optimization:

Monitor SAP system health and performance using SolMan tools.
Conduct diagnostics and root cause analysis for system issues.
Optimize performance of systems connected to SolMan  .
Project & Change Management:

Support SAP project lifecycles from planning to deployment.
Manage change control processes and transport landscapes.
Ensure compliance with ITIL and internal governance standards  .
Integration & Support:

Integrate SAP Solution Manager with other SAP and third-party systems.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SolMan-related issues.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to align SolMan capabilities with organizational needs  .
Documentation & Training:

Maintain detailed documentation for configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting.
Train users and stakeholders on SolMan functionalities and best practices 3.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of experience with SAP Solution Manager (preferably versions 7.0, 7. , or 7. ).
SAP certification in Solution Manager is a plus.
Strong understanding of SAP architecture and modules.
