Key Responsibilities:
- Input into the overall marketing strategy, with a specific focus on your areas of influence: creative conceptualisation, influencer selection, customer journey consideration for online and events.
- Management and coordination of briefs working closely with internal studio and external agency for delivery.
- Ideation of brand right partners and events.
- Conceptualising, coordinating key brand campaigns with the Marketing Manager.
- Co-ordinate content for digital platforms alongside digital team. Have a good understanding of social media and content development for each platform.
- Key link with the Markham merchandise team on product ensuring product handovers for season and campaign shoots.
- Manage in store influencer and brand partner shopping.
- Internal brand: visibility of brand internally through various channels.
- Customer and market research to drive innovation and newness into the business and ensure we stay current.
- Project management, invoice processing and budget tracking.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A marketing degree or diploma and ability to develop long-term marketing plans.
- 4 to 6 years marketing experience.

- A customer obsessed mindset and Brand Love.
- Be Up to date and on the pulse with the latest developments and trends in fashion, denim and South African culture.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills and an interest in Fashion. You will get the word out there in the right way.
- Organised and able to think ahead.
- Good understanding in marketing analytics and reporting.
- An understanding of marketing and consumer behavior insights.
- Experience in managing brand CI and tone of voice.
- An eye for detail and exceptional organisational skills.
- To make decisions, meet deadlines and be a results driven individual who works well within a fast-paced, high performance team without the need for supervision.
- To confidently influence and persuade at all levels.
- Resilience and emotional maturity.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite of products.
