Key Responsibilities
- To carry out repairs, in-house project work, product testing/trials, pre-installations, on-site installations and commissioning, service, and calibration of customer's equipment, including the provision of on-site customer training.
- Handle customer queries in a fair and courteous manner, maintaining a good relationship with customer facing teams.
- Must be prepared to adapt to all types of environments and comply with the company's and customers' health and safety regulations.
- Completing all necessary paperwork accurately and on a timely basis in accordance with the company procedures.
- Expected to co-operate by working overtime as and when required.
- Must be prepared to learn a diverse set of equipment and continually improve your knowledge base.
- Provide technical support via phone and email where required.
Skills and Requirements
· Matric (minimum); additional qualifications are advantageous.
· 5 years experience (minimum)
· Diploma or equivalent electrical engineering
