About the Position:
We’re looking for a hands-on SEO & Content Manager (Hybrid, Cape Town) to execute key digital marketing tasks across global markets. This role is ideal for someone with 3 to 5 years of practical experience in SEO implementation, content creation (including email), and marketing reporting. You will focus on executing tasks — not developing strategy — and will work closely with leadership and other teams to support content production, improve organic traffic, and deliver performance insights.
Key Responsibilities
SEO & Website Optimization
- Execute on-page and off-page SEO tasks to support organic traffic growth
Email Content Creation
- Create content for email marketing campaigns (newsletters, lead nurturing, B2C/B2B)
- Manage segmentation and personalization to improve engagement
Content & Collaboration Support
- Write and edit marketing materials including guides, brochures, and website content
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, account management) to align messaging
- Assist with content planning and publication calendars
Marketing Analytics & Reporting
- Track and report on key marketing metrics (SEO, email, website traffic, social)
- Provide performance insights to leadership via tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or Excel
- Monitor results from paid media campaigns (run by external teams) and relay key findings
Social Media Support
- Publish / Create scheduled content on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
- Assist with monitoring engagement and basic community interaction
Qualifications & Work Experience
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in SEO, email content creation, and reporting
- Ability to execute marketing tasks independently without strategic ownership
- Comfortable using tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Excel
- Excellent written communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and dependable, with a proactive attitude
Working Days/ Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 9:00am to 6:00pm (South African Time)
- 'HYBRID' position (2 days office, 3 days home), from Cape Town, South Africa
