Summary

As a Service Desk Specialist at Techify Inc., you will play a vital role in delivering top-notch technical support to our clients. Located in Toronto, you will be responsible for the initial triage of the issue and work to resolve the clients request within a 30-minute window or less. Intake of service requests happen via. a phone call or a submission request that lands on our service board.

Requirements

You will be required to work within our time zone (Eastern Standard Time). The hours for this position will be Monday to Friday, 11:30am - 8:00pm. This includes a half hour break.
