What You'll Do:
- Proven site management experience
- Strong client communication and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel if necessary.
- Coordinate with project managers and internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage project materials, deliveries, tools and inventory on site.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
- Attend site meetings and provide progress reports to stakeholders.
- Resolve technical issues on-site in collaboration with stakeholders
- Supervise and manage all electrical site operations and personnel.
- Responsible for identifying potential risks and assess their impact on the project.
- Developing project plans, including setting of timelines, resource allocation and budgeting
Education:
- ND in Electrical Engineering (Required)
Experience:
- Site Manager: 5 years (Required)
- Working knowledge of JBCC, FIDIC, NEC, GCC contracts etc.
- Knowledge of BCEA, LRA, Code of Good Practice, EEA and OHSA.
License/Certification:
- Trade Test Certificate (3 phase)
- Wireman’s License
