Key responsibilities
•Manage TETA web-based system as per TETA calendar and work activities.
•Capture and administer Compliance and Quality Assurance related documentation
such as, but not limited to learner registrations, assessments, moderations, logbooks, reports, certificates, attendance registers, portfolios of evidence.
•Manage TETA implemented TETA Discretionary Grant programmes from an administrative, quality assurance and compliance portfolio.
•Manage the Training Needs Analysis (TNA) process and ongoing course coordination and administration.
•Assist in curriculum development and course facilitation as per the TNA
•Compile and submit the WSP and ATR annually as per TETA requirements.
•Apply for TETA Discretionary Funding as per TETA requirements based on CRD needs.
•Ongoing monitoring and evaluation of TETA Discretionary Grant Programmes.
•Ensure Crossroads Driver Trainer Accreditation is current and update relevant systems.
•Manage the preparation of all accredited training Portfolios of Evidence (POE’s) in preparation for both Internal and External Moderation.
•Ensure internal moderation is conducted quarterly for all accredited training conducted by the Crossroads Academy.
•Application and management of TETA External Moderation (EM) quarterly.
•Issue all Crossroads Academy, TETA and QCTO Certificates
•Manage the Crossroads Compliance Matrix by capturing all training related documents.
•Manage the document control library of all accredited and non-accredited learning material.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: R16 000,00 - R22 000,00 per month
