10bet South Africa, is looking for an experienced Social Media Marketer to join the dynamic team in the Johannesburg office.
The position will report to the Marketing VP and thus support the Marketing team in terms of Social Media duties.

- Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Content Creation and Curation:
Create and curate engaging, high-quality content across various social media platforms.
- Platform Management:
Manage and optimize social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
- Campaign Execution:
Plan, execute, and analyze social media campaigns, including paid and organic strategies.
- Community Engagement:
Engage with online communities, foster customer relationships, and manage brand reputation.
- Performance Analysis:
Monitor social media KPIs, analyze performance data, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Collaboration:
Collaborate with marketing teams and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
- Trend Tracking:
Stay current with market trends, industry trends, and emerging social media platforms.
- Reporting and Analysis:
Present social media performance data and insights to stakeholders.
- Tools and Technology:
Utilize social media management tools, analytics tools, and other relevant technologies.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices .

- Experience with influencer marketing.
- Set up and launch paid ads on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and X.
- Monitor ad performance daily and flag anything unusual (e.g. high spend, low clicks).
- Assist with changes to targeting, budgets, and ad copy when needed.
- Campaign admin – eg. Keep campaign trackers, creatives and folders up to date.
- Assisting with weekly reporting.
- Working with design team to request the suitable creatives for each platform.
- Help test different versions of ads (e.g. headlines, videos, captions) tracking each and applying action items.
- Stay up to date with trends on all social media platforms - Meta, TikTok, Youtube and X.
- Make sure all ads follow brand guidelines and platform rules.
