We are seeking a motivated Support & Sales Technician to join our team in Kempton Park. This hybrid role combines IT support with sales, making it ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving while also growing client relationships and business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line and onsite support for IT systems.
- Install, configure & maintain: VoIP, Microsoft Exchange, Firewalls (Mikrotik & others), CCTV, network cabling & infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software & networking issues.
- Resolve support tickets via phone, email & onsite visits.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities during client interactions.
- Upsell additional services, rentals & solutions.
- Generate leads, maintain client relationships & meet sales targets.
Requirements:
- 2+ years’ experience in IT support.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, VoIP, Exchange & Firewalls.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven mindset with ability to identify client needs.
- Self-motivated, independent & team-oriented.
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transport.
