Requirements

• Relevant Trade Certificate
• Five (5) years’ relevant post apprenticeship experience
• A valid Code C driver’s license; EC preferred
• Must be physically fit and able bodied
• No criminal record

Special Conditions:

• Required to work in all weather conditions.
• Required to work outside normal working hours during

Emergencies and planned overtime.

• Must be prepared to enter confined areas

Key Performance Areas

• Providing maintenance and repair service for vehicles and

Plant

• Coordinates activities / sequences associated with trouble

shooting / fault finding and repairing.

• Interprets and coordinates specific pre-work / site

requirements with regards to repairs, planned and

predictive maintenance sequences and guides the

activities of personnel.

• Completes the internal transactional documentation (e.g.

time sheets, log sheet, progress and productivity report,

etc.) and related forms.

• Managing training and skills development and the transfer

of skills and knowledge in the Section.
