EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Degree/Diploma in business administration, management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a management role, preferably in the beauty or retail industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team effectively.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills.
- Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of salon software and tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office is preferred.
- Strong admin acumen.
- Maintain all franchise agreements and protocols.
