The above vacancy exists at our Purchasing department, Kempton Park, reporting to the Stores Controller.

Overview & Key Responsibilities
The Storekeeper will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the ESD Kempton Park Stores,
ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. Key areas of responsibility for this role would include but are not
limited to:
1. Maintain the day-to-day operation of the Kempton Park stores to effectively meet the customers' demand
for stock.
2. Conduct regular stock takes to maintain accuracy within the store's system.
3. Oversee the movement of stock items to ensure safety standards are upheld and damages to stock are
minimized.
4. Assist the Stores Controller in daily store operations to ensure consistent reliability within the section.
5. Maintaining the housekeeping of the stores for safety and hygiene reasons.
Essential Requirements
1. A minimum of Matric / Grade 12 or N3 Mechanical / Technical or equivalent.
2. A minimum of 2 - 3 years of stores experience.
3. Experience in inventory management and stock control.
4. Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
5. Computer literate (MS Office package).
