Overall Purpose of the Job
To support the Managers and Executives in the Support Office and Schools Head Office with recruitment and ad hoc recruitment-related activities, including (but not limited to) coordinating the recruitment process for vacancies, managing the recruitment metrics and coordinating recruitment projects across the school’s division.
Talent Sourcing & Stake Holder engagement
- Partner with Executives, MDs, HRBPs, and Line Managers to understand resource plans and recruitment needs.
- Deliver high-quality shortlists for key roles with an 80–100% placement success rate.
- Provide professional advice on sourcing strategies, competency-based selection, and talent mapping.
- Maintain proactive candidate networks and conduct market mapping for critical roles.

Provide training/coaching to HRBPs and managers on interviewing and selection best practices.
- Keep abreast of latest thinking, best practice and new technology and make recommendations to GTM
- Gather, analyse and report (monthly) on recruitment statistics for Support Office and Schools Head Office and integrate findings into improving the operating model
Lead and contribute to strategic TA projects, including but not limited to:
- Implementation of competency-based recruitment practices.
- International resourcing initiatives to widen the talent pool.
- Market mapping of academic and leadership roles for succession planning.
- Manage the end-of-the-end recruitment process, ensuring policy and legal compliance.
- Conduct competency-based recruitment and reference checks.
- Ensure excellent candidate experience, from engagement to appointment.
- Support with employment offers, contracts, and onboarding processes.

Track recruitment metrics and provide monthly analytics and insights for continuous improvement.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment vendors and search firms.
- Maintain a current list of approved vendors with fees and SLAs.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure cost-effective, quality delivery.
- Provide regular recruitment reports, highlighting progress against KPIs.
- Support the Group Head of Talent in identifying succession pipelines for senior roles.
- Track scarce and critical skills across divisions.
- Stakeholder management and consulting skills.
- Vendor and project management experience.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and analytical ability.
- Recruitment technology proficiency (Simplify HR or similar).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure.
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree or experience commensurate with this
