Purpose of the job
To provide talent acquisition services to Pep Central Office. To support the senior practitioners in delivering talent acquisition initiatives
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate, manage and deliver the full end to end recruitment process
Administer online recruitment platforms
Assisting with career fairs
Assist in managing the administration of the online assessment for candidates
Maintain good recruitment administration and reporting on recruitment
Supports and collaborates with Talent Management Manager and Senior Talent Management Practitioners.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Competencies
4 Year Tertiary qualification/ Honours
Registration as Psychometrist will be an advantage
3 Years of recruitment experience is essential
Experience recruitment platforms advantageous
Experience in bulk recruitment will be advantageous
Strong administration skills
Google suite, and working with an applicant tracking system
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A good understanding of South African labour legislation
Sound judgement and emotional maturity
