Telesales Clerk - Paarl

DC Meat Wholesalers has a vacant position for a Telesales Clerk.

Skills required:

• Excellent verbal communication and negotiations skills
• Fully Bilingual
• Be motivated, driven and be able to work under pressure
• Prior telesales experience in the Meat Industry will be advantageous
• Must be computer literate
• Have own transport

Duties will include:

• Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets
• Provide excellent customer service by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business Cold calling.
• Handle inbound calls from existing and prospective customers, answering questions about products, services, and the company
• Process sales order accurately and efficiently
• Address customer complaints and concerns
• Keep records of calls, sales activities customer feedback and other useful information
• The ideal candidate must reside in Paarl / Wellington area.
