Job Description:
- Dealer/Wholesaler Communication & Document Request
- Contact Dealers /Wholesalers and request the required FICA documents (telephonically and via email)
- Maintain a professional and courteous communication style to ensure timely and accurate responses.
- Track and follow up on outstanding documentation to ensure compliance deadlines are met.
- Document Management & Uploading
- Receive FICA documents from Dealers/Wholesalers
- Accurately allocate received documents to the correct Dealer/Wholesaler profile within the internal system.
- FICA/KYC Document Review & Verification
- Review and verify FICA (Know-Your-Customer KYC) documents submitted by Dealers / Wholesalers
- Identify and escalate any deficiencies and/or non-compliance to the relevant stakeholders
Requirements:
- Matric
- 1-2 Years Administration/Compliance/Project Management Experience
- Strong Attention to Detail, Methodical, procedure drive, risk awareness, time management
- Ability to work under pressure and independently
- Excellent Computer Skills (Excel knowledge required)
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Knowledge of FICA (KYC) requirements (advantageous)
