Time & Attendance (T&A) Consultant – Payroll Background Advantageous

We are looking for a Time & Attendance (T&A) Consultant with a strong background in payroll to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll manage client implementations, support critical workflows, and enhance workforce visibility through accurate T&A processes — all while leveraging your payroll knowledge to ensure smooth downstream integration.
What You’ll Do
- Drive implementation, support, and optimization of T&A solutions for our clients.
- Work closely with support teams to resolve daily queries and manage payroll and clocking-related issues such as double clocking and absenteeism.
- Manage batch preparation and data exports with a clear understanding of payroll implications.
- Oversee our Wellness Service offering, ensuring that T&A systems are functioning effectively and meeting client needs.
- Act as a key contact for client queries, changes, and updates — maintaining clear and proactive communication.
- Provide T&A insights to inform payroll alignment, while consulting during payroll cycles as needed.
- Lead small process improvement projects and contribute to quality assurance and service excellence.
What You Bring
Minimum Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a support or consulting environment.
- 2+ years of experience with payroll systems (e.g., Sage, Pastel).
Preferred Background:
- Expertise with biometric/time-tracking devices.
- Technical proficiency or light programming experience is a strong advantage.
- Excellent client references from past roles.

- Solid grasp of payroll principles and data flow.
