Description
We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on Operations & Projects Manager to lead and optimise our operational and property functions across multiple locations. Main purpose of the job
Operational oversight including driving consistency and efficiency through SOPs, identifying and resolving bottlenecks, and delivering performance insights and operational reports; project management (operations, properties, maintenance) by leading cross-functional projects from planning to execution, managing timelines, budgets and resources, and collaborating with internal teams and external vendors; property and maintenance management by overseeing facilities, warehouses and solar infrastructure, managing preventative and corrective maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards; and team leadership by guiding and developing multi-site teams and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Minimum requirements
A preferable Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field such as Operations, Logistics or Property Management, 5–10 years’ experience in operations and property management, strong knowledge of warehouse operations, building maintenance and project management, familiarity with solar infrastructure and IT systems as a plus, and proven experience leading teams and managing service providers.
Ideal candidate
The ideal candidate would have the following core competencies: leadership and people management, operational strategy and execution, property and facilities oversight, project management, process implementation and audit, and communication and problem solving.
