Administrating JOY CEP process and liaise with mine

Administrating of LCM contracts of a mine site (ARG’s – WIP – All Sub – LCM re-con)

Administrating JOY CEP process and liaise with mine

Administrating data capturing and compiling of monthly financial figures for the mine sites, Business Unit

Managers and the Contracts Analyst

Administrating and compiling of monthly contract reports and monthly books for mine site and Business

Unit Managers

Responsible for all contract related invoices (order numbers – invoice process and booking of invoices

for payment)

Drive a 3% overall receivable account for contract

Minimum Skills and experience required

Grade 12/N3 with a certificate in Finance will be an added advantage

Minimum of 2 years’ experience within an Administrative environment

Minimum of 2 years’ with Debtors and Creditors functions

Advance experience with Excel and Pivot Tables to develop programmes and ensure the up keep of data

Minimum of 2 years’ with a SAP system

Minimum of 2 years’ experience of running a consignment store

Driver’s license and own reliable transport
