Minimum Requirements:
- National Diploma in Human Resource Management/Administration/Public Management or related fields
- 1-3 years' relevant experience in a similar environment
Core Responsibilities:
- Ensure performance of efficient human resource administration and support activities.
- Provide and advice to work force within the department.
- Ensure building an effective workforce and maintain sound relations with sub-ordinates.
- Identify training needs of employees in the department.
- Plan for short-, medium- and long-term administrative functions in the department.
- Maintain sustainable systems in respect of office administration, asset management, personnel registers, services rendered and operational cost.
- Control of operational expenditure, use of facilities, payment of services provider and movement of moveable assets.
