Pool Academy Aquatics is an international aquatics club based in South Africa, United Arab Emirates, India and the United Kingdom. We have over 10 000+ swimmers pass through our doors each year.
We are looking for a seasoned candidate with Administration/ Operations experience to take on the role of Office Administrator and begin work immediately.
Job Roles:
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/ proposals as assigned
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
- Customer happiness liaison with all clients
- Sports management background will be extremely advantageous
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as an admin assistant or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
- Qualifications in management studies will be advantageous
Remuneration:
- Salary R6000 per month
- Incentive/ Performance Bonus Packages range from R1250 per month to R3000 per month (must be able to achieve targets given to be awarded with Incentives/ Bonuses)
- Office location: Umhlatuzana, Chatsworth, Durban
