This is a 4-month fixed-term contract to provide maternity leave cover.
Experience & Requirements:
- Relevant hospitality qualification;
- At least 1 year experience in a hotel environment;
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Afrikaans and preferably a 3rd language;
- Must have a car and valid driver’s license;
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills;
- Demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and empathy;
- Passion and understanding for young, energetic student communities;
- Passion and understanding for CampusKey vision and values;
- Excellent in computer skills (Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel).

Duties & Responsibilities
- Take part in after hour duty rosters from 19:00 - 07:00
- Monitor 24 hour viewing stations
- Implement Community Guidelines after hours
- Scheduled site walks
- Reception Communication
- Reception space's cleanliness and overall welcoming look and feel
- Student inquiries
- Student bookings
- Wi-Fi voucher sales and inquiries
- Update of occupancy trackers
- Office administration
- Loading biometric access control
- Follow operational protocols
