Requirements
Experience
5 years of experience writing production-grade Python, including API development, system integration, and backend engineering
Previous exposure to generative AI, prompt engineering, or integrating LLMs into real-world applications
Worked in live environments, debugging, optimizing, and shipping user-facing features powered by AI
Skills
Expert in Python — clean, efficient, testable code across multiple projects
Strong with API development (FastAPI, Flask, or similar), including testing and documentation
Comfortable with production deployment pipelines, CI/CD, containerization (Docker), and version control (Git)
Experience working with AI models (OpenAI, LLaMA, Claude, etc.) via API or SDK
Understands key LLM concepts: context window limits, token budgets, prompt chaining, summarization, and latency trade-offs
Familiar with prompt evaluation methods, A/B testing, and iterative improvement based on data
Bonus: Experience with tools like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or prompt tuning frameworks
Familiar with basic monitoring/logging practices for Python-based services
