Job Purpose
The Area Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales performance in a designated region, managing reseller partnerships, supporting Multi-Dwelling Unit (MDU) planning, and leading a high-performing sales team. This role is critical to growing fiber network adoption through strategic planning, operational excellence, and strong stakeholder relationships.

This role is critical to growing fiber network adoption through strategic planning, operational excellence, and strong stakeholder relationships.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric Certificate (NQF Level 4)
- 3+ years’ experience in sales management, preferably in the telecommunications or fiber industry.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transport.
- Strong computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Drive subscriber acquisition and achieve national and focus area net subscriber targets.
- Identify, plan, and track MDU opportunities for fiber deployment and customer acquisition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic resellers, clients, and key stakeholders.
- Lead, coach, and manage a team to meet and exceed targets.
- Ensure timely reporting, data accuracy, and effective use of sales resources.
- Develop and support resellers to improve channel performance and compliance.
