Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake artisan breads, pastries, cakes, and specialty products
- Ensure consistent quality, flavour, and presentation
- Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards
- Support day-to-day bakery operations, including production scheduling and stock management
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Artisan Baker (sourdoughs, specialty breads, pastries)
- Strong knowledge of all baking roles – from dough preparation to finishing
- Good understanding of food safety regulations (R638 compliant)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for baking excellence

Pay: R10 500,00 - R12 000,00 per month
