About the Division

Tax & Legal specialises in corporate tax planning, compliance, and advisory services to optimise tax efficiency and ensure regulatory adherence. Tax professionals analyse local and international tax laws to develop strategies that minimise liabilities while maintaining compliance. They assist in preparing tax returns, managing transfer pricing, and navigating tax audits and disputes. This function is crucial for businesses looking to manage tax risks and align financial planning with legal obligations.

Supports service / business area leadership in the implementation of strategic plan through the effective management of team/s. Build high performing teams to deliver in client engagements. Translate broader strategic into a compelling team vision and goals.  Applies deep knowledge of disruptive trends and competitor activity to drive continuous improvement.

Required

LLB Degree with 1 to 4 years post articles legal experience

Admitted Attorney

1 to 4 years post articles legal experience

Preferred

Postgraduate qualification in Taxation

1 year in a client facing role

• Tax Laws and Rules – Understands local/country-specific tax laws and regulations to determine their implications on clients
• Delivery excellence - Develops a network of internal and external contacts within the organization to facilitate sharing/retrieving of information; encourages others to make organizational knowledge more productive
