Position Summary
Role and Responsibilities
- Source, retrieve, analyze and interpret data related to supply chain operations, including inventory levels, demand forecasting, retail management and order fulfilment.
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to support decision-making by all stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements, validate data accuracy, and ensure data integrity.
- Conduct data mining, cleansing, and transformation activities to improve data quality and usability.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data analysis to drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through visualizations, presentations, and written reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technologies related to data analytics and SCM.
- Responsible for operational practices and procedures of the business and ensure adherence to all operational processes.
- Implement and maintain operational systems and practices.
- Generate accurate operational and market data analysis reports.
- Ensure accuracy and validation of business partner’s forecast received and work with the SCM and sales teams to ensure on-going improvement of business partner supply efficiencies;
- Coordinate the day-to-day workflow in and out of the business to meet schedules;
- Design, develop, and implement RPA workflows to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.
- Utilize Qlik Sense to create interactive dashboards and reports for data visualization and decision-making.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from databases
