A family is looking for an AU PAIR for their 3 children
Area: Bryanston
Children’s Ages: 6 years - grade 1, 8 years - grade 3 and 10 years - grade 4. The 14-year-old is in boarding school and any support may be in dropping for extra murals during holiday time if needed
Working hours: Monday – Friday 07:30 – 08:00 & 16:00 – 17:30
School holiday hours: Same as above / Slightly Flexible
Duties: Drop and collect children from school. Take to extra murals, doctor appointments, therapies, liaising with coaches on parents’ behalf etc. Assist with homework and projects. Assist with family errands when needed which may include grocery and household shopping & day to day errands etc. General supervision and interaction with the kids.
Special Requirements: English speaking. Female. We are an international family relocating to South Africa, so preference is someone with experience in dealing with international families.
Start Date and contract term: 21 July – Permanent
Salary: R7900pm
All Au Pair Extraordinaire applicants must fill the following requirements:
**** Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal child caring experience, excluding work done for friends and family. This experience must be within the last 2 years.
****Must have their own, reliable car and at least 18 months driving experience.
****Must have at least 2 contactable childcare references.
****Must have a clear criminal record
****Must have a passion for children
****Must have Matric
****Must have a South African ID document.
