Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service that reflects our bold beauty philosophy
- Provide expert advice and product recommendations across makeup, skincare, and beauty tools
- Stay up to date with the latest beauty trends, launches, and techniques
- Support customers with tailored consultations, shade matching, and application tips
- Drive sales by meeting individual and store targets, including loyalty program sign-ups
- Maintain a visually stunning and organized product display that reflects the brand’s aesthetic
- Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks, and loss prevention
- Collaborate with the team to create a vibrant, welcoming store atmosphere
- Participate in in-store events, tutorials, and activations to engage and inspire customers
- Contribute to content creation efforts (e.g., product demos, team features, trend tips) for social media and in-store displays Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance standards
Requirements:
- 2-3 years retail experience
- 1-2 years proven experience in fashion and beauty retail
- Beauty related qualification (advantageous)
- Good product knowledge across all beauty categories
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to build genuine relationships and deliver personalized consultations
- A calm, stylish presence with a solution-focused mindset
- Passion for current beauty trends and a flair for artistry
- Comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs
