- Fabricate drawings and determine requirements, installation and repair according to specifications;
- Perform welding and fabrication on steel components and structures;
- Interpret technical plans and drawings to construct and install structures;
- Safely and efficiently manage welding and fabrication tools;
- Perform quality inspections to make sure fittings and welds adhere to safety and design specifications;
- Work together with supervisors and other boilermakers on-site;
- Assist with routine industrial equipment maintenance and repairs; and follow all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Requirements
- Matric Certificate (Grade 12)
- Trade Test Certificate in Welding or Boiler making
- Industrial welding experience of 5 years
- Must have a valid driver’s license
Job Type: Temp to perm
Contract length: 3-6 months
Pay: R10 000,00 - R15 000,00 per month
