Key Responsibilities::
- Accurately identify and label transactions across multiple business accounts
- Maintain up-to-date records in Xero
- Ensure consistency in categorization aligned with business needs
- Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting
- Collaborate with the Financial Manager based in Romania
- Work across five different business entities
- 3–4 years of bookkeeping experience
- Strong Xero proficiency
- Experience working with multiple business accounts/entities
- Detail-oriented and process-driven
- Able to work independently and communicate effectively with remote teams
