3D-X-Act is a well-established supplier of number plate materials, signage supplies, and branded items based in Cape Town, South Africa. We service the entire Cape Peninsula and Boland region. Our offerings include full design, print, and signage installation services—vehicle branding, banners, chromadek signs, ABS signage, contravision, and more.
Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated, hands-on Branch Manager to oversee our Cape Town operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, administratively strong, and capable of managing both people and processes. You’ll be client-facing, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a small, fast-paced team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day branch operations and staff
- Oversee workflow, creditors, and debtors
- Handle cash and front-office customer interactions
- Liaise with clients regarding new and existing products
- Assist with deliveries and client relationship management
- Perform purchasing duties and capture supplier invoices
- Maintain stock control and conduct stocktaking
- Ensure vehicle licenses, servicing, and maintenance are up to date
- Fill in for the storeman when needed (including number plate manufacturing)
- Source, quote, order, and process items for branding and signage
- Reach and maintain sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a printing or signage company
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CorelDRAW, Canva, Adobe Suite, and Lightspeed (or similar POS/invoicing software)
- Strong administrative and time-management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Physically capable of assisting with store duties when required
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Must be reliable, driven, and goal-oriented
Preferred
- Knowledge of number plates, signage materials, and branding processes
- Experience in small business or branch-level management
