MINIMUM SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
- National Diploma in Business Administration/Management/ related field.
- At least 2 to 3 years’ experience in a supervisory/ team leader or managerial role within Sales/Operations/Retail/Warehouse environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF KEY PERFORMANCE AREAKEY PERFORMANCE AREA
- Lead, support, and motivate the branch team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Assist with staff training and development, and support HR functions such as timekeeping, discipline, and compliance with company policies.
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring the space is clean, well-maintained, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Manage petty cash responsibly and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure the showroom is visually appealing and well-organised through regular merchandising updates.
- Handle customer queries professionally and work to resolve any issues promptly.
- Identify opportunities to improve the overall client experience and branch efficiency.
- Assist with the receiving, shelving, dispatching, orders from head office as well as returns.
- Ensure all operations follow standard procedures and comply with health and safety regulations.
