- Develop and implement an effective marketing strategy to recruit and grow new business, following the guidelines of OBARO Brokers;
- Maintain existing business by establishing and maintaining professional relationships with customers;
- Analyze and evaluate existing insurance policies, offer comparative analyses, and suggest alternatives to customers;
- Implement effective business practices to ensure success;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal team members and external clients; and
- Stay up-to-date with the latest legislation and regulations in the short-term insurance industry.
Completed NQF 4 Qualification will serve as preference;
Regulatory Examination Certificates (RE1/5) will serve as preference;
Computer proficiency and knowledge of the MS Office package;
Maintain excellent customer relationship and strong communication skills;
Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience in crop insurance and asset insurance marketing;
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Afrikaans and English;
Clean credit and criminal record is a requirement; and
Willingness to travel with a valid car license.
