Andanani Investments (Pty) Ltd is looking for qualified and experienced Building Inspectors to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for inspecting buildings, structures, and construction projects to ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site inspections of residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
- Identify structural defects, safety hazards, and non-compliance with relevant regulations.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports with findings and recommendations.
- Liaise with contractors, engineers, and local authorities.
- Approve or reject building plans and completed structures based on compliance.
The ideal candidate should have a Degree in Building Inspection, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field and be a registered Building Inspector with the SACPCMP.
