Job Description
To review, evaluate and analyse user needs to document system requirements and create system specifications that drive system development and implementation of overall business objectives- Identify, control and escalate potential risks which may lead to increased costs
- Manage costs or expenses within approved budget to achieve cost efficiencies
- Deliver against operational and cost targets
- Prioritise resource allocation to minimise and reduce wastage
- Deliver customer experience excellence aligned to Organisational values and service standards
- Build professional long-term relationships with customers based on trust that builds the brand
- Collect and interrogate information and feedback to ensure full understanding of customer needs to deliver a quality service
- Deliver service that exceeds customer expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solution selection and application
- Provide customers with relevant information to keep them informed of products and service options
- Develop, encourage and nurture collaborative relationships across area of specialisation
- Develop integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making
- Perform reviews and analysis of current processes using operational metrics and reports within set timelines
- Provide recommendations to other business analysts with supporing documentation and/or benchmarks to optimise own process
- Partner with Business Analyst Manager to run workshops elicit analyse, validate and document business organisational and/or operational requirements Instruct, advise, direct and quality assure projects for the business unit/product house
- Identify potential project risks whilst gathering business requirents to ensure the successful completion of a project
- Liaise with other project areas to co-ordinate interdependencies and resolve issues
- Collaborate with business to prioritise and rationalise projects/ initiatives
- Provide status updates to relevant stakeholders
- Ensure due diligence is undertaken prior, during and post project implementation
- Innovate by finding the best fit solution for the situation such as the flexibility of delivery and customised solutions which result in more efficient outcomes
