We are seeking a proactive Business Development Administrator to support our Business Development Executives (BDEs) in delivering financial solutions to UK SMEs. This role is perfect for someone with a strong organisational mindset, attention to detail, and a drive to enhance operational efficiency within a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide admin support to BDEs, including managing client documentation, application processing, and CRM data entry.
- Act as a primary contact for client queries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Assist in preparing client proposals, risk assessments, and reviewing financial data.
- Coordinate internal processes to streamline application and funding workflows.
- Help improve internal processes and customer satisfaction by providing feedback on CRM and operational systems.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Experience with office software, spreadsheets, and CRM systems.
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to prioritise and multi-task.
- Previous experience in financial services or UK SME lending is a plus, but not essential.
