Job Title: Business Studies Lecturer
Location: PAX College, Durban, KZN, South Africa (www.paxcollege.co.za)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
PAX College is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Business Studies Lecturer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering lectures and providing support to students across a range of modules within the Business Studies department.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering lectures, tutorials, and workshops to students enrolled in the above-mentioned modules.
- Developing lesson plans and instructional materials that cater to the diverse learning needs of students.
- Conducting assessments and providing constructive feedback to students to support their academic progress.
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure the effective delivery of the curriculum and the implementation of best teaching practices.
- Participating in departmental meetings, curriculum development activities, and professional development opportunities.
- Providing academic guidance and support to students through office hours and other means of communication.
- Contributing to the development and enhancement of the Business Studies department's academic programs.
Requirements:
- A relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Studies, Education, or a related field.
- Previous experience in teaching or lecturing Business Studies modules at the N4-N6 level is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge and expertise in the subject areas of Business, Financial Accounting and Computer Practice - ACCOUNTING LECTURING EXPERIENCE IS A REQUIREMENT
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students in the learning process.
- Proficiency in educational technology and learning management systems.
- Commitment to maintaining high academic standards and fostering a positive learning environment.
