Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef Catering Manager located in Sandton. The Chef Catering Manager will oversee all aspects of catering operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and food service. They will ensure high standards of food quality and presentation, manage kitchen staff, and maintain inventory and supply levels. Additionally, the role requires liaising with clients to understand their needs, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Food Service, Cooking, and Catering skills
- Customer Service experience
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage management
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Relevant culinary certification or degree is a plus
- Experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
