Job Title: Cashier & Customer Assistant

Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Cashier & Customer Assistant to join our team. This role goes beyond traditional cashier duties and includes supporting customers on the shop floor and maintaining the overall neatness of the store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all standard cashier duties including handling cash, card payments, and balancing the till.
- Assist customers with product queries.
- Ensure all shelf prices are accurate and up to date.
- Keep the store neat and organised, including aligning products and maintaining tidy shelves.
- Restock shelves and notify the manager of low stock levels.
- Provide friendly, helpful service and represent the company professionally.
- Be available to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays, as part of a rotating shift system.
Requirements:
- Experience in retail or customer service is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products is helpful (training will be provided).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and a proactive work attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours.
