A catering company is looking for CVs for catering managers and assistant catering managers in Durban. The job specification is as follows:
- A minimum of 3 years hospitality experience in an industrial catering environment
- A passion for food
- Own transport is advantageous
- Knowledge of Health & Safety
- Ability to work within a budget
- Knowledge of hygiene standards
- the ability to work long hours
- The ability to start immediately or with short notice
- Chef qualification will be advantageous
Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
