Qualification: Hons level degree/advanced diploma in HR/ Business Administration / or related field
Experience: 5 years or more implementing change management in support of organisation development projects
Skills / competencies / roles:
Must have Consulting experience. Understanding change management methodologies, developing change management plans, conducting change impact assessments, implementing change interventions, developing communications in support of change management, stakeholder mapping and stakeholder management, making presentations at Executive level.
