Purpose of position:
Administering and monitoring the collections processes and activities relating to government payroll and SASSA grants.
Responsibilities:- Taking ownership of the Persal and SASSA collections processes
- Liaising with intermediaries and internal functions on the collections processes
- Monitoring the collections process
- Rolling out all collection process changes
- Reconciling collections data
- Facilitating biometric mandate processes
Requirements:
- Matric or matric equivalent (essential)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in system administration
- Understanding of collections, Persal and SASSA collections
- Understanding of insurance principles, operations and processes
Skills and Attributes:
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organisational and planning skills
