Minimum Requirements:
- NQF Level 7 qualification in Public Relations, Communications, Event Management, Political Science, or related fields.
- At least 7–10 years of experience in programme or conference management, preferably within government or the property sector.
- Demonstrated knowledge of land reform, property valuation, or public sector transformation initiatives.
- Proven experience in content curation, speaker coordination, public speaking, and event documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple stakeholders, and meet tight deadlines.
