- Improve Assembly and Machining equipment uptime using data analysis and preventative maintenance planning.
- Develop and implement short-term, medium- term and long-term improvement plans for implementation within the automated systems.

- Program, Design using PLCs, HMI and SCADA while commissioning and overseeing the installation of equipment.
- Assists in creating, modifying, and revising automation controls instructions and process flow documentation.
- Automotive Assembly and Machining Process Knowledge and Experience.
- Ability to read blueprints, AutoCAD, E-Plan, interpret and modify electrical schematics.
- 6 Sigma Certified/Trained.
- Responsible of drawing up training plan for plant technicians, electricians, and controls team.
- Making sure plant machinery backups and images are up to date and ensure copies are on Octoplant.
- Performs other work-related duties as assigned
- National Diploma: Electrical Engineering / Mechatronics
- 3-5 Years’ PLC Experience
- Minimum of 2-3 years within the Automotive Industry
- Siemens TIA Portal, Step 7, IndraWorks Engineering, Schneider, Festo
- Proficiency in MS Office
- ABB Robot systems, Festo Robot System.
- CNC machines fit with Siemens and Bosch controls.
