Conveyancing Secretary required in Riviera, Pretoria Moot.
Minimum Requirements:
- Presentable and professional Afrikaans speaking female
- Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base)
- Minimum 2 years recent conveyancing experience at a law firm a must, specifically in Transfers a must
- Computer literate with good typing skills (speed and accuracy)
- Stable employment record and contactable References a must
- Residing in Pretoria (within daily commuting distance)
- To start as soon as possible
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drafting of Transfers documents for law firm
- General conveyancing secretarial and legal administrative duties
- Assistance to Conveyancing Attorneys
- Liaising with clients on all aspects of transfers, FICA requirements, clearance applications, etc.
