We are seeking a Conveyancing Secretary to assist with the Conveyancing at a well established law firm
The role will require:
- 5 years experience in all types of transfers, including deceased estates, divorces and sectional titles
- Ability to work independently
- Lexis Convey or E4 experience
- A personality that enjoys interacting with others
- Knowledge of various Acts, including the deeds registry act and FICA
The role will include working on all types of conveyancing matters from start to finish, liasing with clients and agents, ensuring targets are achieved, checking and signing of transfer documents and book keeping and marketing assistance.
Some events may take place outside of normal working hours. Candidates must be willing to attend.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R15 000,00 - R17 000,00 per month
