Remote | Freelance or Part-Time | Meta Ads Focused
- We’re a performance marketing agency scaling eCommerce and digital product brands through sharp strategy and high-converting creative. Our team is remote, async-friendly, and operates with high standards. Our creative isn’t fluff — it’s built to convert.
- We’re hiring a Copy-led Creative Strategist — someone who thinks in hooks, writes for performance, and loves turning customer insight into ad angles that sell.
- This is a copy-first role. You don’t need to be a designer. You do need to know how to write messaging that cuts through and drives clicks.
What You’ll Do
- Research brands, products, audiences, reviews, and competitors
- Write direct response copy: hooks, angles, short-form Meta ads
- Turn insights into briefs with clear messaging and ad concepts
- Review creative output, analyze performance, and iterate
- Spot new trends, angles, and formats across the DTC landscape
What We’re Looking For
- You’ve written Meta ads or paid social copy that’s performed
- You understand buying psychology, objections, and persuasion
- You’re quick with ideas, fast with words, and grounded in data
- You’re organized, proactive, and comfortable owning outcomes
- You care about results, not fluff — you want your work to win
The Brands You'll Work With
- You’ll help shape creative strategy for brands in wellness, fashion, skincare, digital products, and consumer tech — including 7-figure Shopify stores and fast-growing online education brands.
- You won’t be buried under layers of approvals. Your work will be seen, tested, and optimized weekly — with real performance feedback and fast execution cycles.
The Role
- Freelance or part-time (10–20 hrs/week) to start — with the potential to step into a bigger role fast if it’s a great fit
- Remote, with a strong preference for availability during standard US working hours
- You’ll collaborate closely with a Creative Strategist, designers, and media buyers to bring high-converting creative to life
Bonus if you have:
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager or paid media KPIs
- Light visual thinking (e.g. Canva mockups or reference decks)
- Experience with ClickUp, Notion, Loom, or Slack
- Agency or high-volume DTC experience
