Job Description:
We are actively seeking a Core Banking & Financial Systems Specialist to manage and customize mission-critical banking systems. You will be involved in end-to-end support, integration, and optimization of Oracle FLEXCUBE, EFT platforms, and transaction processing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customize, support, and maintain Oracle FLEXCUBE (UBS) for core banking operations
- Integrate and support electronic funds transfer (EFT) and switch systems such as Postilion
- Handle ISO 8583 transaction processing for ATMs, POS, and online card payment channels
- Implement and support card issuing workflows
- Collaborate with payment networks, banks, and regulatory bodies for compliant solutions
- Troubleshoot and optimize transaction routing and processing issues
- Collaborate with functional teams, developers, and third-party vendors
