Key Performance Outputs
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Achieving sales targets / building relationships with key customers.
- Managing / balancing stock / cash within the store.
- Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction levels, willing to go the extra mile.
- Understanding of the company’s products and services (Training to be Provided).
- Assisting clients at Counter level.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow up on sales leads.
Technical Skills and Experience
- Experience in Sales / Counter Sales will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Air Conditioners / Refrigeration / Heat pumps will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Pastel or equivalent Point of Sales system experience.
- Must have a valid South African ID.
- Must reside in the Pretoria area.
Working Hours: Mon. - Fri. 07:30 - 17:00, Sat. 08:00 - 12:00
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R7 000,00 - R8 000,00 per month
